Mauro Colagreco has forged a style of his own, born of his Argentinian heritage, the chefs with whom he trained, and his strong intuition as he draws on the local culture on both sides of the French-Italian border.
His restaurant in France, Mirazur, was awarded Three MICHELIN Stars and ranked 1st in San Pellegrino’s 2019 “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants”. Mauro Colagreco was also voted “The Best Chef in the World” by Le Chef Compilation 2019.

In a triumphant celebration of gastronomic excellence, Côte by Mauro Colagreco has been awarded Two MICHELIN Stars for 2025 and continues to hold this distinction in 2026 — a remarkable milestone marking the restaurant’s first elevation to a second star since its debut in 2020.
The recognition adds to a growing list of honours, including the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2022 Service Award. The team has also been spotlighted: Chef Davide Garavaglia earned the MICHELIN Young Chef Award in 2023, and Sommelier Thansith Wasinonth was named recipient of the 2025 MICHELIN Thailand Sommelier Award, celebrating an exemplary ability to curate experiences that elevate meticulously crafted dish.
